Commander in Chiefs Congratulatory Card – 1st Oct 1917

Displayed magnificent bravery while in action near Zonnebeke on the 26th September 1917. He showed great skill and dash throughout and successfully attacked two enemy parties who were offering resistance from shell hole positions, and with utter disregard for danger, led his section onto the far objective. His work throughout was of a high standard.
