No. 1109 Private Albert Robert Ernest Holding, born Avoca, Victoria, 1873, enlisted at Oaklands, South Australia, on 20 January 1915. 9th Light Horse. Served Gallipoli and Middle East. Returned to Australia 1917 and died South Australia on 31 July 1961.
