Studio portrait of 1703 Private (Pte) Ernest Louis Dahlberg, 2nd Reinforcements, 29th Battalion, of Williamstown, Vic, aged 18 years. Prior to his enlistment on 24 July 1915 in the AIF, he served with the 69th Infantry, Citizens Military Forces. Pte Dahlberg later served with the 46th Battalion and returned to Australia on 10 June 1916.
